ENROLLMENT AGREEEMENT

In order for Coaching Space Institute to grant a participant a certificate of completion for a Level 1 (former ACTP) certificate, the requirements listed below must be met. By clicking on the checkboxes, you specifically declare your understanding and you give your agreement for the listed requirements.

What is your goal for this course and/or how do you intend to use Coaching? *

1. ATTENDANCE: Participation in the learning classes, in the group mentoring session (4 sessions/7 hours in total) and in the 3 hours of individual mentoring sessions is mandatory for the certification. *

2. MISSED HOURS POLICY: All classes are mandatory as each concept consists of important information about the coaching process. However we do understand that sometimes unpredictable things can happen so we allow participants to miss maximum 2 modules from the course. If you need to miss more than 2 modules of the course you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense or watch the class recordings if available or register for another course at no additional costs. If you miss more than 1 class of group mentor coaching classes, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required total of 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the International Coaching Federation requirements. Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and info@coachingspaceinstitute.com. *

3. ILLNESS POLICY: To provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all course sessions. If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a course session, please contact your instructor or our organization (info@coachingspaceinstitute.com) immediately. You will be expected to complete the session materials, review the session recording, and complete a coaching practice session outside of the live session if this formed part of the in class module. If you need to miss more than 2 modules of the course you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense or register for another course at no additional costs. If you miss more than 1 class of group mentor coaching classes, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required total of 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the International Coaching Federation requirements. Exceptions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and info@coachingspaceinstitute.com. *

4. PRGORAM MATERIAL. COPYRIGHT: All Coaching Space Institute materials were exclusively designed and created by Coaching Space Institute. NO part of any of the Coaching Space Institute materials may be reproduced or utilized in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, scanning, recording, rewriting, or by any information storage or retrieval system now known or hereafter invented, without the prior written permission of Coaching Space Institute S.L. no part of any presentations, either live or recorded, may be captured in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including by photography, video recording, audio recording, or by any information storage or retrieval system now known or hereafter invented, without the prior permission of Coaching Space Institute S.L. *

5. TRAINING PURPOSE: NO part of any of the Coaching Space Institute S.L. program courses may be reproduced or delivered by any other person in any other format or context without prior written permission of Coaching Space Institute S.L. The course prepares a participant to practice as a coach, and in no way prepares them to teach coaching, and explicitly prohibits using our content or methods to do so. *

6. SAFETY AND WELL-BEING: CONFIDENTIALITY. Our participants’ privacy is extremely important to us. We respect the participant’s willingness to be truthful and we will treat all information as a special confidence. We promise that all information provided to us will be kept strictly confidential. Coaching Space Institute S.L is meant to be a safe space to learn and grow in, with full understanding that the information shared between or about fellow participants is held as confidential at all times. The same confidentiality is to be afforded to all coachees/clients. During the training and mentor coaching sessions, and anytime after the fact, I agree that there be no discussion of any kind regarding content shared by the coachees/clients. Aanything said to the participant during class hours or group mentor coaching by any other participant of the Coaching Space Institute S.L programs will be kept completely confidential. While the participant is free to share their own personal learning journeys with people outside the program, they may not share any information they learn about the OTHER participants of the training through any means. *

7. SAFETY AND WELL-BEING: ENVIRONMENT. In case that you are living with other family members and if you do NOT have privacy of space, we are kindly asking you to use earphones in order to protect the confidentiality of the shared information during the classes and coaching practice. *

8. SAFETY AND WELL-BEING: CONDUCT- Everyone present during classes and coaching sessions both during class environment or as practice should be able to enjoy an environment free of discrimination and harassment. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination or harassment in the areas of race, age, religion, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, or veteran status. Coaching Space Institute reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the training and/or mentor coaching session if their behavior is not conducive to a safe and healthy learning environment under the conduct mentioned in the point above. *

9. CLASS RECORDINGS - Coaching Space Institute records the learning classes and the mentoring classes with the purpose of sharing them with participants and for trainers’ development purpose. All recordings are published on the self-learning platform, in a folder and under a unique password available only to the participants of the corresponding group of students/cohort. No videos can be shared or downloaded for privacy reasons. *

10. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Beside the mandatory participation in the classes, the Coaching Certification requires participants to complete the following activities: 6 online self-learning modules, written final exam, send 6 audio recorded coaching sessions as part of their coaching practice and conduct a coaching practice session assisted by one of the trainers. Participation in the course without the completion of these activities will provide students only a Letter Of Participation that will not serve to obtain tjeir ICF credentials. The certification requirements can be submitted even after the synchronous training has finished, but during a maximum of 1 year from the last date of the course. If the certification requirements are not sent within 1 year time frame, participant will be required to retake portion of the course or receive additional mentoring hours at their own expense. *

11. ENVIRONMENT AND PRESENCE: This course prepares you to become a professional certified coach and we invite participants to embody from the very beginning of our journey together the mentality of a professional coach. In this aspect, we are kindly asking you to have a clean, tidy professional workspace and appearance. You can choose a Zoom background in case it is needed. Dress code: casual/smart casual (avoiding homewear). *
